I have connected my Open E Cry data feed to Sierra. The green connection feed indicator in top right is showing as connected When I click on a symbol and download historical data it will download to that time but not keep updating the data and display a sign saying that "Symbol is unknown" The Open Historical Chart button will not download anything whereas the Open Intraday Chart will download the chart Could you Please advise |
