What configuration file are the Global Settings/General Settings/Alerts kept in?

When I give my chartbook to my teammate, I would also like to give them the config file where the Global Alert-Sound assignment settings are kept. For example, Alert 1 - is marked DOW on mine using DOW.wav My teammate may be set as Alert 1 - is marked as RLM using RLM.wav I wish to give him my Alert config file so he does not have to manually reset his Global Alert assignments.
