I'm trying to get setup for a free trial. I am coming from Amp Futures and the data feed is setup but for some reason Sierra Charts isn't setup. I have followed the instructions:
1. Created an account
2. Downloaded and installed the software.

But right after I start Sierra Charts, it logs me out saying "Your current service package does not support this function".

I sent an Account Support Ticket for the issue about 11 hours ago but haven't heard anything. Is this typical response time?
Please advise.

The Account Support Ticket was responded to.

Also sometimes Account Support Tickets requesting an activation of the account are delayed because they require review. This is the reason for the delay.
