I'm trying to get setup for a free trial. I am coming from Amp Futures and the data feed is setup but for some reason Sierra Charts isn't setup. I have followed the instructions: 1. Created an account 2. Downloaded and installed the software. But right after I start Sierra Charts, it logs me out saying "Your current service package does not support this function". I sent an Account Support Ticket for the issue about 11 hours ago but haven't heard anything. Is this typical response time? Please advise. Thanks |
