CTS T4 Topstep trader with Sierra

I have a problem that after I connected with Sierra successfully to my CTS/T4 top step trader account, I cannot load any symbol...
When I click File >> Find Symbol. The list is empty is this because I have a trial sierra charts ??
or is it a problem from top step traders side ?

For some reason you did not receive the symbol list. Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. Wait for the symbols to be received and the Symbols list to fill in and then press OK.
