I have been working with seconds charts. Most of them load. The 4 second chart appears to be missing data, even though it is attempting to load 170 days worth of data. All the other seconds charts I have tried seem to load fine, but the 4 second chart on NzdUsd does not seem to work. Please advise.

The 2 second chart also will not load any more than today's data.

For help with missing data, refer to this section here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#MissingOrIncompleteIntradayChartData

but the 4 second chart on NzdUsd does not seem to work.
This is too vague for us to help with. Please be very precise as to exactly what the problem is. Specifically what are you seeing.

Started from scratch and downloaded the data without any studies, then added studies, and it seems to be working ok now... thank you!

It seems I am only able to load "so many" seconds charts. Is there a limit? After about 3 or 4 charts, they start showing up black, and will not allow me to do anything with them. I have to start all over.

Like if I want to load 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, etc. it won't allow me to do that many charts at that resolution. Is there a limit?

What we are suspecting is that you are running out of memory. If this is the case, the Message Log will indicate this. The memory limit will be about 3 GB. You can overcome this by installing multiple copies of Sierra Chart.

Go to Chart >> Chart Settings and set the Days to Load to a smaller number like 5 or less.

For example, for a 1 second per bar chart, you really do not want to load any more than 2 or 3 days of data maximum. You can control the date range to load through the Chart Settings window.

Ok, I'll try running another instance. Seems strange though, because I an load a lot more days with minute charts no problem.
