For help with missing data, refer to this section here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#MissingOrIncompleteIntradayChartData but the 4 second chart on NzdUsd does not seem to work. This is too vague for us to help with. Please be very precise as to exactly what the problem is. Specifically what are you seeing.
