charts are not updating anymore

The problem of my last request some months ago are still the same and not solved.
The question was: The graph update in numbers appears 5 seconds earlier than the graph is drawing the new result in the candles.
I want it instantly synchronized.

In the mean time this annoying and too complicated Sierra chart system gives me new problems.
Part of the charts are not updating as they should every split second according to market changes.
They keep silent untill I switch the connection off and on again.
That is not the way I would like to read charts.
How can I solve my problems?

You must disable the use of Interactive Brokers True real-time data:

If you can avoid it, we recommend using another trading service other than Interactive Brokers. What markets do you trade?
