Cannot load more then 120 days

Hello,
I would like to ask you for a help here.I cannot load more then 120 days of intraday data for NQ.
I have everything set correctly but there is always this message:

The Message Log was deleted because we did not know what to look for and it was very large. What specific message are you referring to? Please do not provide the Message Log unless we ask for it.

When I adjust the data to more then 120 days it gets me this picture...
I dont understand..I tried continuous contracts based on volume ,data ..back udjusted but same problem

Hello,
I have done everything according the info you provided but soon I change the intraday period to more then 120 days with continuous futures contracts - back adjusted either based on volume or date the chart looks like that...and there is the log message with the error :
record has been filtered due to large range when loading intraday data...

If I chose instead of intraday data Historical data and go for period like 250 days the chart looks like that...

There is no reason why you should still have this problem, if data was re-downloaded for all of the futures contract months.

Follow steps 4 to 6 here:

At the first prompt press No and then Yes at all the subsequent prompts. We should have made that clear.

I am sorry but I have done all you mentioned and soon I chose to load either intraday or historical data more then 120 days back it is giving me the same error,record has been filtered due to large range.
I really don't understand that why I cannot display more data then 120 days back..
I have also deleted the files loaded all again and no change...

Ah Ok I see you are using team Viewer but I do too so I have to be in the office not remotely connected as now.
