IQFeed NASDAQ Data Timestamp error

I'm having some trouble with my charts w/ IQFeed Nasdaq data. I'm using build 982 of SC and the latest version of IQFeed

My computer is set at central timezone, and my data/trade preferences is set to central also.

Out of order timestamps detected. Chart tool drawings and some chart studies may not function properly. Prior Date Time: 2013-06-03 15:01:00. Current Date Time: 2013-06-03 08:30:00. Filename: C:\Program Files\Sierra Chart\Data\PANW.scid | 2013-06-04 08:37:32

I set my chart start times at 8:30 CT and end at 14:59 CT. I set my overnight to start at 15:00CT and end at 7:29 CT.

I'm not getting the data to update at all on my charts...but if I click somewhere and do "Delete Data/Download", my charts will get real-time data until I switch to another stock symbol. Is there a way to fix this?

This is a problem with the IQ Feed client software you are running. It is providing incorrect timestamps. Please contact IQ Feed and let them know you need the very latest version because of this timestamp problem.

I've updated to the new IQFeed (5.0.0.13). I no longer get incorrect timestamps, but the original problem still remains.

My charts aren't updating. When I do delete/re-download data, I get all the data up to the current point...but the chart doesn't even print a new bar when it's supposed to.

If I pull up a Time & Sales, the last print is roughly 15 minutes ago. But I should be getting real-time data.
