Flex Renko Bars Won't show with Package 3

For some reason, I can't get SC to show Flex Renko Bar chart type. Instead, it switches back to hour-minute-second mode. My service package is 3, which includes additional features like Flex renko. Am I correct?

No, this isn't the problem, as my charts aren't referenced by any other chart. What is more, not only am I unable to use bar periods specified in Additional Features, I can't also use other additional features, e.g. Price Volume Bars. This does not make sense. Your Sierra Chart service package is set to 3. Close all of your Chartbooks and only open a single chart. And set it to Flex Renko Bars. The problem is you are entering the wrong settings for Flex Renko bars, so it is reverting back to time-based bars. Refer to the documentation here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_RenkoCharts.html#FlexRenko In regards to the different Graph Draw Types which use volume, those are going to be very dependent on volume data.
