Sometimes wrong colors for candle stick outlines

After download the current version 1251(before 1241) sometimes I get wrong colors for the outlines

I didn't change anything in the graphics setting and how (or where) is it possible that some candles are with different colors and lot of others are correct. I can't imagine that there is a way for a setup like this.

First question: How to set enable? As you can see in the attached file the color for "CandleStick Up Outline" is set on "green" but some of up/ bullish candles in the chart have a red outline. The outlines are not permanent red or green. I am astonished about the fact that the colors of the outlines are only sometimes wrong. |

This option is on the "Other" tab of the Graphics Settings window.
