Regarding Historical SC data

It appears to me that the most recent daily bars begin at midnight and end at 11:59:59PM. Is there a way to restrict this data? For example, for Crude Oil futures I'd like the daily data from 9:00AM open to the 2:30PM close.

Your first statement is incorrect. The data is from the exchange and they set the session times and it cannot be changed. It is 24 hour data.
