SC program starts but stops responding

Hello. When I start my Sierra Charts it starts to load the charts but then stops. I get 2 message windows pop up. If I try to click on ANYTHING, I get dull screens "program not responding" and can't do anything else I have to shut Sierra down. I've tried to reopen about 20 times. It seems like sometimes it gets a little further on the chart load but never completes and I start the process over. I can't even click on copy the message log for you. Can you help me? Thank you very much. btw: one message shows the status of the charts loading. The other message is something about Open ecry and spread trading I think.
