I believe I need help. It seems to connect then disconnect and it saying there is an error connecting to the data or trade service. I seem to have downloaded historical data but not real time data is coming in. It just conitunes to say "waiting to reconnect". I would like some assistance for it to connect properly please.

If you have your FXCM FIX connection details, then please create an Account Support Ticket here:

Please request help with FXCM FIX connection and provide your telephone number. We will call you on Monday. Make sure you have the connection details because we need those to enter them into Sierra Chart.
