How to use Sierra through my broker

Until now I have been purchasing time directly from Sierra. I now pay my broker Amp Futures a for Sierra but don't know how this works in practice. Can you please advise?

They will give you a Sierra Chart Account Name. Thanks. I forgot this was public. I have changed the password. Still, if I try to login using it I get an 'Unkown Server Error' message and the log tells me that my account does not support this package etc.

We have fixed the Unknown Server error and we have activated your Sierra Chart account. Restart Sierra Chart. Make sure you are logging into Sierra Chart using the same Account Name that you have logged into this Support Board with.
