"Rogue" Trade Window

I have a rogue trade window that I cannot seem to remove. The top of the window has migrated out of sight above my monitor' uppermost display level, therefore, I can neither grab and drag it back down, nor can I read which determine with which chart is it associated/attached. I have tried "Window/Restore All Trade Windows" to no avail. It blocks the chart on top of which it "resides". Help, please!

Try to determine what chart or Trade DOM it is associated with and then go to that chart and select Chart >> Reset Child Windows.
