I have a rogue trade window that I cannot seem to remove. The top of the window has migrated out of sight above my monitor' uppermost display level, therefore, I can neither grab and drag it back down, nor can I read which determine with which chart is it associated/attached. I have tried "Window/Restore All Trade Windows" to no avail. It blocks the chart on top of which it "resides". Help, please!
