Volume chart messed up when enabling "Record true real-time data

To get around phantom huge volume bar problem when using simulated trades for IB data feed, I was told to enable the option "record true real-time data in intraday charts". Now a 5min or 10 min chart look fine, but the volume chart looks messed up and it will not plot each for specified volume any more. Many of my volume bar charts have the mentioned problem. Each bar is plotted for about one minute data instead of the specified volume. I wanted a volume bar chart but instead I got a one-minute bar chart. Can this be fixed?

It works. Thanks for the great help. One more question: should I use "1 tick" as IB intraday data storage time limit in the data/trading service option? |
