Hello, I am trying to get the bitcoin feed for exchange BTCE but it seems to be stuck on the 25th Feb, could you check it please. thanks Andrew |

Hello, Here is the symbol I am after BTCUSD-BTCE. I have a three line break study attached, the chart is stuck on the 25th Feb. This maybe correct, but I thought I should check. thanks Andrew |

The data feed is updating for this symbol. Open a new chart for that symbol and let us know if it updates. Hello, I have created a new chart with BTCE BTCUSD, 60 min with a 3 line break study and I am still getting the same issue. regards Andrew |

Hello, If I switch the feed to bitstamp for BTCUSD, 60min and 3 line break the chart works ok displaying data for the 25th and 26th Feb. this is just a bit strange, I hope nothing is wrong with the exchange. regards Andrew |

Hello, You need to add a three line break study to the chart then you will see the issue. Without it I can see data for today, but I need the three line break study and it just displays up to the 25th Feb. Do you see the same issue when you add a three line break? thanks Andrew |

Yes we probably would. But the result you get is going to be correct based upon how that study works. The condition to create a new bar for today must not have been met.

There is no data for the 25th and 26th Feb, ok if you think that is correct then thats ok with me. I just wanted to confirm everything is operating as expected because I have not seen such a long delay before. |

If you open up a new chart for that symbol, without any studies, and the data is there in the chart and there is no missing data, and the study does not have bars for the two days you mentioned, then that is just because the price action and the settings of the study mean that new bars have not yet formed. We know the study functions properly as designed. Make sure the underlying chart bars are not set to greater than 1 minute per bar.
