Hi,

When placing orders for ZBM3 using sierra chart 980 with Transact GSP I get order cancellations for the OCO Buy STop Sell Stop with targets as attached orders. It keeps giving me the error:

"Trade Order Error - Transact Futures order update (Order reject). Info: Failed to Place Order. Internal Order ID: 5641. Symbol: ZBM3 | 2013-05-26 18:58:05"

Then when placing OCO Buy Limit Sell Limit (below the market) it fills them at market!

I used sierra chart 947 through CTS T4 and FC Stone and it goes through just fine...both. Is this something in the 980 version?

Thanks!

In general you do need to ask TransAct about why there was a failure to place the order with TransAct. We do not know the reason.

Was this order one of the Attached Orders or one of the parent Buy/Sell Stop orders:?

"Trade Order Error - Transact Futures order update (Order reject). Info: Failed to Place Order. Internal Order ID: 5641. Symbol: ZBM3 | 2013-05-26 18:58:05"

Then when placing OCO Buy Limit Sell Limit (below the market) it fills them at market!
We would expect the Sell Limit to fill if it was below the market. Was it?

the buy limit was below market and the sell limit was above market...it shouldn't' have filled and didn't through CTS t4/FCStone...only filled on infinity.

All the orders were rejected, so I am not sure if it was the attached or parent??

When placing orders on infinity's own platform they did go through. But not when placing them through Sierra to Infinity, if that makes sense.

Please contact your broker and have them put you in contact with TransAct support about this. You probably will want to ask for Bob at TransAct support. Both of these issues are on the TransAct side.

We have gone over this issue with TransAct and it is now resolved. Please update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

We had not realized this was a price formatting problem.

Actually the issue was resolved on the TransAct side and we included a new Bridge program.

This issue has turned out to be more involved than expected and there still is a problem. TransAct is working on it. It has to do with the way in which the CBOT prices some of their futures.
