I am a new customer and I am having problems with connecting to my TT feed. I went through the download process, but I am not sure where I stand and what I have to do to start creating a work space. I trade ES with candlesticks and general indicators, stochs, bolli, macd, moving avgs. I use to use the basic TT X charts and became very use to them. I have three screens and use 1,3,5,10,15,30,60min and daily charts to trade with. They are active open all day. Most for just reference and 1 chart for buying and selling. I love the chart Dom I saw on the simulator review. I would like to get it started and configured by NY open on Tuesday because I have been away from the activity and can feel my self getting rusty, let alone learning a new system which some have said is very complicated. I can use all the suggestions I can get. Thanks in advance. |

The TT FIX adapter you are connecting to is not available over the weekend and therefore you cannot access historical Intraday data. To prevent connection attempts, simply select File >> Disconnect. When you want to connect select File >> Connect to Data Feed. The best place to start is to go through the Getting Started page here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GettingStarted.php Sierra Chart does provide a lot of functionality, but it is straightforward to use. Should not be complicated. Let us know if you need more help. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
