chart problem

i'm using your demo with Zenfire as datafeed, by mirus future. I've build a customchart, but i've a problem...the chart starts working only after i've opened mirus future connection (ninja trader platform). I cant's see the features of my chart before my login.
I send you a snapshot of what I mean.

My question is: it is depend on the fact that i'm in demo mode? (sierrachart and mirus future). I need a specific package of sierrachart? otherwise, what i've to do to solve this problem?

This is not really clear for us. Specifically what is not working?

I don't have any troubles connecting to server. See the file attacched.
I open zenfire and sierrachart at 9.00am (GMT+1). The chart with my configuration starts at 9.00am. Before (8.00am to 9.00am and the days before) I can't see the same features on the chart. What determines this? it's a problem with zenfire and I have to solve problem with them? Or you could suggest a solution?

In our experience Zen fire only provides historical 1 minute data and that is all Sierra Chart will download from the Zen fire system.
