Using a remote

Hi,

I configured some shortcuts on my remote controller - this one for example - http://www.geek.com/xyzimages/stories/reviewimages/logitech_s510/s510_001.jpg
What I noticed is that the remote controller isn't applicable on Sierra Charts - for example if I press the maximize/minimize option on my controller it won't change anything on sierra but it will on other apps

Is it blocked by default, do I need to enable this feature on sierra so that it will allow the remote to be active?

Thank you

Thank you, my question is not for the controller configuration, I'd just like to know whether there is something that disables the "external" devices/controller that I need to enable

No. Nothing like that.
