OEC FIX Connection - Hanging Order

Hi, my FIX demo with OEC expired but I sent an order that was not accepted. It say's order sent but I can't clear. Is the Service Order ID a SC thing or do I need to get in contact with OEC. See below.

There was a recent change by OEC to correct an incorrect FIX field which led to this problem. We have made an update in Sierra Chart to solve this.

I updated all SC instances with new SW. Still got the same issues (see screenshot);
