Infinity(Transact Futures) acct not allowing intraday access to "Indexes" in sierrachart (e.g $I

Hi,

I have a Infinity(Transact Futures) acct and I am using SierraChart for charting.

I am unable to access any of the "Indexes" in sierrachart (e.g $INX, $IUX etc.) in realtime intraday charts (historical i.e. daily charts work ok). Infinity said that I should talk to you guys.

Can you please help me figure out how I can get access to the data?

Also please note the acct associated with this support req is not my Infinity(transact) account - I needed to create this account to post this support request (was prompted by your system to create acct when I went to "Help" - "Support Board" within SC. the message was "The account you are using does not support posting on the support board. To post on the support board, you will need to create a SC account if you do not already have one")

The message on starting an intraday chart is "Symbol is unknown click for symbol data" in the message log is the following message. Showing the entire message when requesting intraday chart for Dow Jones Index as an example. As stated before requesting historical data chart shows the daily chart for teh index - just intraday realtime is not working.

I am happy to subscribe to any new data services that may be required - but I am presently unable to do so with my Infinity(Transact) account as it says "The type of account you are using does not allow you to log into the account control panel" when I try to go to "Help" - "Account Control panel" or 'Add Usage Credit" within SC. Can someone help me how I can get access to the cash Indexes available in SC?
