Hello,
This has never happened before but when I put my computer to sleep over night(not shut down) and turn it back on in the morning my charts are reloading. Also, I just lost connection for a second and they are doing the same thing, just completely reloading all the charts in the chart book for no apparent reason. I use DTN for data feed. Thanks for your time.

Historical Daily charts will do a reload of themselves upon a new connection to the data feed when the first quote is received for the symbol of the chart.

Intraday charts will not reload with a condition like this. Although there is a condition in which an Intraday chart could be reloaded when using IQ Feed under certain conditions when a large amount of data is downloaded.

These aren't historical daily charts, I have had the same chart set up for years so unless conditions changed in the last couple of days that reloads the data then something is wrong here. Any suggestions on a fix?

See help topic 30.3 about charts reloading:

It might be caused by what is described.

The charts aren't being referenced by other charts and I don't see Ref:by on any charts. The whole chart book is reloading, all the ES charts, a Jint. Z chart and a Tick.Z chart. I closed out my tpo profile chart so that isn't in the chart book at all now. The reason I put the computer to sleep is so I don't have to reload all the data in the chartbook every time I use sierra. Should I send the message log?

Do you notice this problem when you select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed?

Fantastic, thanks for the help. I'm just going to assume this version was built solely for me, ha.
