Dear madam/sir I´d like to use VIX volatility chart, but it does not work in my SCH platform. I´ve tried $VIX, VIX-201502-CFE-USD, VIX-201501-CFE-USD, VIX-IND-CBOE... Nothing works. I´d like to use intraday chart 5m or 15m, please advice how to proceed. Thanks for the help, regards Oldrich |

I need VIX intraday chart for futures. I am using/paying SCH data package 5 with full CME group. This should be enough for VIX data. Please advice which symbol I should use. Maybe you could check whether my data flow is correctly set for receiving VIX. Thank you, regards Oldrich |

Cheers, I have bought CFE data for February today, VIX-201502-CFE still doesnt work omnline. Just showing historical data couple minutes back. And orange warning sign "unknown symbol" appears...Check my data, pls. Thank you, Oldrich |

There are two problems. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings Select File >> Find Symbol and open a chart from one of the symbols listed under: VIX-######-CFE-USD. ... still does not work. I have several times updated my symbol data from global setting, then I have opened new chart from file menu. After disconection and conection to data feed, symbol is still unknown. I am ataching picture for you to check my problem. Thank you, Oldrich
