I've been a customer of yours for quite some time, and this is a first for
me. I recently downloaded the most current version (1220) and now my
charts will not load properly.

I have attached an example of what keeps on happening regardless of what
chart I load. I will get major gaps on my charts (See upper left screen
eurjpy pair) and on nearly every single screen I will get messages that
say, "Waiting to download historical data" / " Downloading historical data
bars may not appear until complete" It's not the first time I've seen
these messages of course, because every time I load my charts they appear,
but they usually will only last a few seconds, and then I'll get a green
message that says, "Download Complete" and I'm good to go. (You can see on
the gbpjpy example there are massive gaps in the data) If there is no
downloading historical data message present, there are still big gaps.
This is consistent across most of my charts now as well.

I know my data feed is connected because I have the green bar in the upper
right like I always do.

I have a very good and reliable internet connection so I know that's not
it. I've also spent considerable time on your support board searching,
finding, reviewing various posts also to know avail.

I really don't know what to do from here as I've used these charts for so
long now and haven't experienced anything like it. My only guess for now
is that it may have something to do with the recent version I downloaded.

Please advise at your earliest convenience, as I'm a sitting duck so to
speak without my charts.

Thanks!

When providing an image of a chart, only provide one image and not anymore unless we ask for it. Only use this method here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image

Re-download the data that is missing, following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart

There must have been some temporary communication problem to the historical data server.

It is not related to the new version.
