Regarding Log in Error with Rithmic

We are trying to get Sierra Charts to receive streaming Futures data with Rithmic as the data provider with a Live Trading Account. We have valid Rithmic credentials (we can log into R/Trader successfully). We have purchased SC Package #3 which we understand to be the appropriate subscription for this purpose. After having gone through the provided set up steps, the following error message is generated:

Your current service package does not support this function.

Any assistance that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Restart Sierra Chart and on the Sierra Chart Login window enable "Force Login".

This will solve the problem.

Ok....thank you. It seems to be working now. Haven't tried to load a chart yet but have green window now in upper right.
