update data of new intraday chart

today I made a new intraday chart with symbol ESTX50-201306-DTB (never used before) I managed to get historical data by disconnecting and connecting again but intraday data are not coming in. I checked all possibilities from 3.1 to 3.10 but nothing helps. Data are shown on TWS from Interactive Brokers Please advice me what to do, thanks Ton |

Is Sierra Chart actually receiving real-time data for that symbol? Situation still the same, historical data are coming in when I disconnect and connect again but intraday data not.

Help topic 3.4 gives very precise instructions to determine if Sierra Chart is receiving real-time data for a particular symbol. Are you receiving real-time data for ESTX50-201306-DTB within Sierra Chart? We still do not have an answer to that question.

Answer: When I stopped trying after 5 hours on monday Sierra Chart did not receive real/time data for ESTX50/201306/DTB However after starting up on tuesday in the morning local time, your time about 06:00 intraday data real time were receiving by Sierra Chart. I don't know why. Thank you for trying to help me Ton |
