You have changed again the settings in DATA/TRADE SERVICE for Transact

It appears clear to me that the only option available for the Transact Service is SEND TRADES ONLY

I don't like this for many reasons
Please restore the previous option

We cannot do that. We no longer have control over those options. This issue now solely rests with TransAct support. Under an agreement with TransAct, we no longer will be responsible for those options. All further discussion on this matter must be communicated to TransAct. Thank you for your understanding.

No, This is not possible

I don't understand the reason why we have to do a step back
Update market depth only on trade is absolutely unacceptable nowadays

Transact Dom does not use this option
I have never seen a DOM that use this option

This is BIG issue. V978 is not working using Mode 1(UDP) with Transact. We have to UN-check "use Mode 1".

It's too slow to use TCP.

This is Not acceptable.

Please fix it ASAP.

We are looking into the connection issues.

We also talked TransAct about adding an option to send continuous market depth updates and they will add this within their own bridge software.

V.978 frozen and needs to restart the connection today during the demo/live trading session for UDP connection to Transact/Infinity.


V.976 UDP connection stop working during live trading session and I had to switch to TCP connection to Transact/Infinity.


Please fix it asap.

We think we understand what you are seeing. There is an excessive number of trades being reported. This has to do with the type of message being sent over the GSP protocol connection. We have told TransAct what message type to use when they should be updating depth only. This should be resolved at the end of the day.
