I am unable to set up a order where i can trade 3 contracts with one common stop and 3 separate targets. Is this function possible ?

Yes this is no problem at all. All you need to do is press the Add button on the Targets tab to add another Attached Order and make sure the type is set to Target: Limit and set the Group to OCO Group 3.
