trade service log keeps popping up multiple times per day

After I updated to the most recent version of SC, the trade service log has been popping up numerous times per day with the following message(time/date changes to whenever it pops):
Request for Trade Orders data from Service is currently in progress. New request is ignored. | 2014-12-03 10:44:12 *

is this a known problem?

We are not totally sure why this is happening but we have made a change which may prevent it.

If you continue to see it after updating to the next release, then it indicates that the OEC server is not responding to a mass order status request.

Well, I said I had the same issue so it is the same message:

This is not good.

It means the TWS software is not responding to an open orders request. Normally we do not hear about this problem with Interactive Brokers.

Not sure it would help, but you can update to the latest version. Possibly there was a problem with this in the version you are running. That could actually be the case.
