MKT order filled but no position indicated

Today I bought F.US.YMZ14 using BUY MKT button. Orders (including bracket) appeared on chart. Buy market order line remained "hanging" on chart showing status "order sent" but Sierra showed no position so I clicked intuitively CANCEL ALL which cancelled bracket orders but entry order line remained being shown on chart and I couldn't remove it. I called AMP trade desk and they said I am in a long position which Sierra did not indicated. So I asked them to flatten position and restarted SC. After restart entry and exit fills appeared on the chart but on the label there is UNK sign ... see screeshot. If I knew I have a position I would not cancel brackets or at least I would sell to close immediately
I am on CQG.

The problem is CQG did not send the order fill through. While it is possible the issue is on the Sierra Chart side with the interface to CQG, this would be unlikely.

What is the error message? Provide us the Trade Activity Log for this order. Here are instructions:

We recommend using the FIX connection. Set: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service >> CQG FIX Trading

Where you see "unk" for the order type, this can be safely ignored. It is not really considered a problem just that the order type is not known when the order fill was restored.

Also, in the case of when using CQG, all of the Order and Position related data can be refreshed by selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Ok, switching to CQG FIX. I think the error actually appeared when trying to cancel. Not sure now... Here is TA log data
