Do you mean the prices themselves? That is on the top line of the chart and can be added through Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header.

Not the prices themselves. But you could enable Chart >>Show Bid and Ask Lines.

We just realized, that this capability does exist. It is part of the DOM Graph. The only way this can be done is to overlay the price graph from one chart on another chart by using the Study/Price Overlay study. This assumes the chart bars are of different time periods between the two charts.
