Did you guys have an outage today (within last 2 hours)? There was a period of about an hour where I couldn't login to Sierra (was getting a 'timeout - there was no response' type error) and was unable to connect to your website also (while all other internet connectivity on my end was fine).

We are aware of this. From what we can tell it was about 30 minutes. Our best conclusion it was a networking issue in the data center or with one of the service providers to the data center.

Normally, you will not encounter a timeout error in these cases. Sierra Chart will still automatically log you in. This will occur if you successfully logged in previously. Unless you enabled the "Force Login" option on the Login window.
