F.US.QOF15 possible data error?

Hi SC, received this message today and there is a gap on my chart (1 PM GMT, session opening). Comparing to other data feeds, it looks like there are some missing data for the symbol.

Delete and download seems do not help. Any advise please. Trading service is AMP. Thanks.

We have looked into this and it is not making sense.

We want you to update Sierra Chart following these instructions:

After that is done, open an Intraday chart for F.US.QOF15. Once the initial download is done, select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

Once this is done, provide a complete copy of the Message Log. Not a portion. We need to see the entire Message Log.

We see no reason for the data error in your Message Log.

We have made sure there are no data errors on the server. Re-download the data again by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

As far as the pricing you see at the time you are making reference to in one of the screen images, that is what was received from the data feed. We cannot comment on that or offer any further help with it. It does not look unusual to us.
