We have looked into this and it is not making sense. We want you to update Sierra Chart following these instructions: After that is done, open an Intraday chart for F.US.QOF15. Once the initial download is done, select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Once this is done, provide a complete copy of the Message Log. Not a portion. We need to see the entire Message Log.
