When trading from the chart, when I adjust an order I am getting an order modification request. From the DOM menu and confirmations I have none of the confirmations ticked or enabled. How do I disable the order modification requests? Thanks

You need to disable the confirmations on the Trade Window for the specific chart or Trade DOM itself. Each one has its own Trade Window and settings.
