rithmic 01 historical data does not complete

I'm using Rithmic 01 data feed with Sierra Chart. My broker is deep discount trading/crossland. When opening a new chart or refreshing data on an existing chart (edit -> delete all data and download), the chart only pulls data up until about 2/21/2013, and does not pull data through the current date. Once there is a trade then it begins updating and there is a big gap in price between 2/21 and now. For example my 6JM3-CME chart is showing the last price on 2/21 at 0.010685, and then it suddenly jumps to the current price at 0.009758. I tried pulling up a new chart of CLN3-CLZ3-NYMEX and the historical data goes back to 1/30 and then jumps to 5/17. I tried installing the latest version, disconnecting and restarting to no avail. The date/time is set correctly on my computer. Sierra Chart is set to the los angeles time zone. How do I fix this?

Go to one of the charts and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. I am not sure what is different now, but now it is working properly. Here is the log from this morning when it wasn't working: Currently no data in file to display. The first time 3002 records were written, the second time 2378 records were written, and if I try now, then 72973 records are written.
