I'm using Rithmic 01 data feed with Sierra Chart. My broker is deep discount trading/crossland. When opening a new chart or refreshing data on an existing chart (edit -> delete all data and download), the chart only pulls data up until about 2/21/2013, and does not pull data through the current date. Once there is a trade then it begins updating and there is a big gap in price between 2/21 and now. For example my 6JM3-CME chart is showing the last price on 2/21 at 0.010685, and then it suddenly jumps to the current price at 0.009758. I tried pulling up a new chart of CLN3-CLZ3-NYMEX and the historical data goes back to 1/30 and then jumps to 5/17. I tried installing the latest version, disconnecting and restarting to no avail. The date/time is set correctly on my computer. Sierra Chart is set to the los angeles time zone. How do I fix this?
