issue 1: order was rejected in FTSE100 ( F.US.QFAZ14)
(i)use Bracket order:
the trade service log show "Trade Order Error - CQG order update (Rejected). Info: This order was rejected with other order

(ii)no use Bracket order:
the trade service log show "Trade Order Error - CQG order update (Rejected). Info: Cannot route the order at this time.
Internal Order ID: 51272. Service Order ID: 485318087. Symbol: F.US.QFAZ14 | 2014-11-18 17:05:12 *"

issue 2:Bracket order (child order) can't cancel at the same time with parent order in CAC40.
I have to cancel the child order by hand after the cancel of parent order.

1. The message text after "Info:" is from CQG. Contact your broker about the order routing problems with CQG.

2. This would be a problem on the CQG side. However, in the latest Sierra Chart version support for server side bracket orders with CQG has been removed which will solve this problem.

Therefore, update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

There are two CQG services available, one that uses FIX and one that uses the Web API. In the case of the Web API one, there is no server-side OCO or bracket order support because CQG does not support those with their web API.
