200 ma doesnt show up in some timeframes and chart does not go to historical data years back

Hi everyone! I need help regarding 200 ma. I have noticed that it does not show up in some timeframes especially the 240 minute timeframe. I am trading major pairs. Also, upon dragging the chart to see historical data years back, I am not able to do that. Any help for this one? I have purchased 2nd to the last package which is about 30 euros if im not mistaken. Thank you |

I just had a similar problem, this fixed it for me: Chart -> Chart Settings -> Use Number Of Days To Load Make sure this is a large number, and large enough for the 200MA to get the data it needs for its calculation. |
