Problem downloading SPX and VIX intraday (and others)

I can't get SC to download/plot SPX or VIX intraday. The data source for these indexes is IB. SPX and VIX show fine on my IB platform. I can plot them intraday. The feed works. Using $SPX and $VIX symbols SC downloads the daily data but not the intraday data. Can you please help with this? Why does SC download the daily data and not the intraday data? The fact that the daily works indicates that the problem is not the data feed. I may be wrong. Thank you |

These symbols are Sierra Chart index symbols and require that you activate the corresponding exchanges on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed in order to get Intraday data and real-time data for them.
