CTS data connection

I have a historical chart up with 1 day bar period. Every day it shows the high and low of the current day as yesterday's values instead of actual values for the current day. I have tried setting "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" to the intraday data and this doesn't fix the problem.

CLZ4 as you can see, it shows the low today at the exact same level as yesterday, and this is not accurate. It has had the high and low every day the same as the previous day UNTIL the day is over, and then it plots correctly.

You don't need a picture to understand what I'm saying.

When we ask for an image from the chart, there is a very good reason why. This appears to be a problem with the CTS data feed. This is almost certainly the case, but we have insufficient information at this time.

Select Chart >> Chart Settings. What is the Symbol set to?

The best thing to do in this case is select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed to reset the Daily High and Low data from the data feed and to cause the chart to correct itself.

Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Current Version. When connecting to the data feed in newer versions, historical charts automatically reload upon the first quote received to ensure the last bar has any old data removed.
