This 5 Day profile has considerable volume data that is colored blue (not discernible bid or ask) - Any reasons for this?

This has to do with the historical data from OEC. It does not have bid volume or ask volume.

We started to maintain historical data for this market which will have bid volume and ask volume. This will be as of today. You will need to restart Sierra Chart to access this data.

Does this mean that SC only have historic data (inc. volume segmented Bid/Ask) from 11/11/14? Would this situation with OEC be improved if I enabled SC's Realtime Exchange feed to supplement the OEC data?

Yes.

Would this situation with OEC be improved if I enabled SC's Realtime Exchange feed to supplement the OEC data?
Yes, but this is an ICE product which has a very high exchange fee of 94.50 USD a month.

And being the issue is just with historical data, we could simply load in more historical data. We will look into that.

Thanks - Question; If I designate a chart to be intraday, say a 240m or 1440(1day) is the data ONLY provided by the Trading Platform Data (in this case OEC)? Is SC Historic data only daily data - Do you provide 'historic' minute/tick back-fill for intraday-designated charts?

The historical Intraday data is provided by a system maintained by Sierra Chart for OEC. The data on that system originates from OEC.
