The UBZ4 (UB201412) (december 2014) futures contract has actual trading volume at the exchange...so i don't understand why SC doesn't pick up the data. I know that not that many people trade it...but this is a CBOT futures contract (Ultra Long 30yr Treasury Bonds).

any ideas? i tried delete and download...but that doesn't help.

We see data for that contract:

Possibly the symbol settings are not up to date. Update them by following these instructions:

i did that (both the reset, and the full reset) but it still did NOT fill in the historical data.
I see new data that comes from my broker (interactive brokers)..but the SC data feed is not populating the historical data, or filling in the "correct" live data (since interactive brokers only provides burst data).

if i right click on the chart and select "delete and download data", my Number Bars chart, and the Cumulative Delta Bars goes completely blank.

So please, any other ideas? This is different for the UB contract than it is for ZB.
The SC data feed works perfectly for ZB...but not at all for UB.
It seems to be forgotten by the SC data feed.

Can you see the Number Bars study historical data from the SC datafeed for UBZ4 ?

We are fairly certain you are not using the correct symbols. Here is a chart using the correct Interactive Brokers symbol:

It is being mapped to the Sierra Chart data feed. Take note of the symbol at the top left.

In the case of the Sierra Chart Historical Data service the symbol is UD?##
