i did that (both the reset, and the full reset) but it still did NOT fill in the historical data. I see new data that comes from my broker (interactive brokers)..but the SC data feed is not populating the historical data, or filling in the "correct" live data (since interactive brokers only provides burst data). if i right click on the chart and select "delete and download data", my Number Bars chart, and the Cumulative Delta Bars goes completely blank. So please, any other ideas? This is different for the UB contract than it is for ZB. The SC data feed works perfectly for ZB...but not at all for UB. It seems to be forgotten by the SC data feed.
