massive data gaps in heatmap, and red fail message

hello, i have a heatmap for both eur and gbp futures, but they seem to have massive gaps of 0 depth for multiple days and gbp as of today just refuses to even work and today a red message appears about failing to do something, i know that today is sunday but still this been a constant problem before, i have the package 11 and the cme for non professional market depth data, i have them active and paid for, everything works fine in my charts from tpo to the dom but the heatmap just refuses to work properly. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=179356056585.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=179356066197.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=179356140087.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1793561456919.png

Additional information: I checked my Sierra Chart MarketDepthData folder for both EUR-202612-CME and GBP-202612-CME. There are historical .depth files spanning April through November 2026, but some normal trading days, including October 27 and 28, have no corresponding files. This seems related with the large gaps in my historical heatmaps and the failed historical-depth download request. extra infor there, thanks. |
